我目前在公司带了3个新人, 我推荐他们买 'C++ Primer' 原文, 结果没人愿意, 前阵子刚知道您翻译的中文版快完工了,我试着再推荐他们一次, 竟然..., 三个人每隔几天就问我书出版了没!!!
同时在我告知我老板後, 他也要求我为公司买个两本回来给大家使用,而我自已虽然已有原文, 我还是决定再买中文版.况且越是基础的书籍越是影响广泛 (写到这里, 我突然想到, 'C++ Primer' 中文版可能破您过去所译所作的任何书的销售纪录)

My mother brought me your C++ Primer. In fact, my sister (the one works for Gotop) personally picked it at the factory and rushed home while my mother is leaving for the airport. She told me it's the first copy! I do not get a chance to read it yet. For now, just want spend my time with the family while they are in New York.
I read most of the BBS discussions (via
http://bbs.openfind.com.tw/hotnews.html) about this book. Lots of them are
nonsense. People spent numerous energy discussing about the price. I did
find some people appreciate the 'index'. Overall, given the need for a good
C++ book in Chinese, I strongly believe this might be your best-selling book
ever. Any plan on doing a Java book?
